COULIBALY Tiémogo Mohammed

With a Master degree in Corporate Law and a Diploma in Corporate Counsel (DJCE), Banking Law has been the main area of practice of Mr. COULIBALY for the past decade. He is very insightful in any type of banker’s liability. He assists our bank clients in debt recovery especially through the seizure of properties, which is one of his main areas of intervention.
He currently heads with firmness the existing Department of Real Estate Law as well as the nascent Department of Tax.
